About the Series
Currently in its 21st season, the Steinway Piano Series at 深夜看片 School of Music has presented concerts and master classes by over 100 distinguished international pianists. Recent guests include Pascal Rog茅, Richard Goode, John O鈥機onor, Arthur Greene.
Tickets for the 2024-2025 Season are being offered free of charge and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The lobby will open 1 hour prior to the event, and the doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance. Please arrive ahead of time to ensure your ticket as seating is limited.

Ghadeer Abaido

Acclaimed Palestinian-Jordanian pianist Ghadeer Abaido presents 鈥淧ostcards鈥; an audience
collaborative performance combining creative writing with piano music. Featuring Bach-Busoni鈥檚
Chaconne, Brahms鈥 op. 116, and Chopin鈥檚 Etudes op. 25.
Dmitri Shteinberg

Dmitri Shteinberg performs works by Beethoven, Chopin and Brahms dedicated to personal
storytelling - somewhat similar to reading a short novel for each work (or perhaps
a collection of short stories). The literary parallels can be both explicit and opaque,
bur their intensity is always grappling.

Genova-Dimitrov Duo

Their extensive recording catalogue covers every aspect of the piano duo repertoire. The Genova-Dimitrov Duo will present an afternoon of masterworks for two pianos and piano four-hands.

Matthew Bengtson

Versatile pianist, fortepianist and harpsichordist Matthew Bengtson performs widely
and is equally renowned as an educator, offering brilliant and compelling programs
joining a wide range of repertoire. This recital will explore the Transcendental Etudes
by Liszt and subsequent works by Lyapounov and Sierra that were inspired by them.
Martinelli-Trovato Duo

The acclaimed Martinelli-Trovato Duo (Silvia Martinelli and Andrea Trovato) will takes
us into the magic of Italian arias and art songs. The voice-piano duo from Tuscany
is one of the leading performers of this timeless repertoire.
