Tilefish, which tastes similar to lobster or crab, is sustainably managed and regularly finds itself served up baked, broiled, or grilled on menus in Florida – easily fetching $29 as a mouth-watering entrée.

Tens of thousands of signatures inhabit the Mark Twain Cave in Hannibal, Missouri, but one famous autograph, that of namesake Twain, or Samuel L. Clemens, seemed noticeably absent. Since he could remember, Tanner Anderson pictured himself pitching in the big leagues. Anderson threw his first ball when he was three years old and played for Plant City High School as a teenager. In 2011, he was accepted to Harvard University, where Anderson pitched and played second base for four years.
